Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role requires a designer who is not only proficient with traditional design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Sketchbook, InDesign, and Blender, but who is also experienced in leveraging modern AI-powered tools such as Midjourney AI to accelerate creative workflows and generate innovative visual concepts. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, an impressive portfolio, and a passion for pushing visual boundaries using both manual and AI-assisted techniques. Strong English language proficiency is required to communicate effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals for web, mobile, social media, branding, using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Sketchbook.
• Use Midjourney AI to conceptualize and generate unique design elements and visual concepts quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic goals.
• Develop 3D assets or visual effects using Blender, especially for motion graphics or interactive content.
• Create and prepare print-ready designs using Adobe InDesign, ensuring attention to detail and high-resolution output.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and contribute to the evolution of the company’s design language.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and concept development workshops.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketchbook, Blender, and Midjourney AI.
• Demonstrated ability to produce creative, original designs using both manual techniques and AI-driven tools.
• Excellent English language proficiency, written and verbal for smooth collaboration and documentation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, styles, and your ability to solve design problems visually.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
