For the purposes of these Terms, Conditions and agreements, the terms "Shaddeh" and "Shaddeh Games" and " Shaddeh Games LLC " are used interchangeably and shall be deemed to refer to the same entity. Any references to "Shaddeh" or "Shaddeh Games" or "Shaddeh Games LLC" regardless of the specific form of writing, shall be considered as referring to us, and all terms, conditions, agreements and provisions herein shall apply equally to all.

Consent

By accessing and using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your Personal Information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you are not of legal age to enter into a binding contract, you may only use the Services and provide us with information with the explicit consent of your parent or legal guardian. Additionally, children under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using or registering for the Services in any capacity. Collection of Information

Personal Information

To clarify, we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or personal contacts when you register or use the Services. However, you may voluntarily provide personally identifiable information, such as when communicating with us or uploading a profile picture. This type of information is referred to as your "Personal Contact Information."

We may also collect Personal Contact Information about you through other means, both during and after registration.

For example, you may voluntarily provide your email address. After registering for the Services, you have the option to link an email address to your Shaddeh Games account. This is completely voluntary, and choosing not to do so will not limit your access to the Services. Please note, however, that without an email address, it may be difficult for us to assist in recovering your account in case of an emergency.

When purchasing items through the Services, we may require you to provide financial and billing details, such as your billing name, address, and credit card number ("Billing Information"). Your Personal Contact Information, Billing Information, and any other data collected through the Services that can identify, contact, or locate you individually, are collectively referred to as your "Personal Information."

Data, Diagnostic & Login Information

While using our Services, you may have the ability to create, upload, publish, transmit, distribute, display, store, or share content such as information, data, text, graphics, videos, messages, or other materials (collectively referred to as "Data"). Some of this Data may be stored and maintained on our servers.

If you encounter technical issues while using the Services, we may ask for your permission to collect a crash report and certain system logs to document the error ("Diagnostic Information").

Usage and Analytics Information

As you use our Services, we may collect information through commonly used tools such as cookies, log files, and Web beacons. This data may include details about your mobile device, browser type and language, Operating System, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and your actions on our website (such as pages viewed and links clicked) or while using the Services. This type of information is referred to as "Generalized Geo-Location Information."

For example, you should never share your password and must keep your username, password, and other personal credentials secure while using our Services. Additionally, you are responsible for the security of any personal devices you use to access our Services.

Sharing Information with Other Users and Third Parties

Public and Private Messaging

Our Services allow you to send messages to specific users ("Private Messages") and to post messages in public chat rooms ("Public Messages").

Private Messages are intended solely for the recipient you designate. We store these messages only until they are delivered to the recipient's device. The recipient will receive a Private Message only when they log into their account. Our servers may delete the opened and unopened messages in a period of time based on our technicians decision.

Public Messages are visible to everyone in the chat room where the message is posted. We do not oversee or monitor participants in public chat rooms, so any Public Message you send is considered public information.

We advise you to be cautious about the content of your messages. If you have information that you wish to keep private, avoid including it in either Private Messages or Public Messages. Please be aware that we cannot control how others use the information they receive from your messages.

We expect users to use these messaging features responsibly. You are prohibited from using this feature to send spam, harass others, or, in the case of Private Messages, contact individuals without permission. Additionally, you should not use these features to share personal information about third parties.

Inviting Others to Use Our Services

Our Services provide you with the option to invite friends or other individuals to join by sending invitations via email or through various social media platforms or in other ways. We do not retain or store any personal information (such as names, email addresses, or social media details) of those you invite, nor do we keep any custom messages you include in these invitations.

We ask that you use this feature responsibly. You are not allowed to use it to send spam, harass individuals, or contact people whom you do not have the right to contact electronically. Additionally, you should not use this feature to include personal information about third parties in your custom messages.

Other Information Sharing

In line with our commitment to user privacy, we store public and private messages on our system only until they are delivered to the recipients. Once a public message has been viewed by users in the chat room or a private message has reached its recipient, the messages are stored locally on the recipients' devices and on our servers to insure the service working. In the case of messages or conversations within games, contests, or private and public teams, we may retain or access some or all of the sent messages to ensure there are no violations of use or abuse, either against us or others.

You may share personal information with third parties while using our services. Please note that the privacy practices of these third parties are beyond our control and may differ from our own. Any information you provide to third parties will be handled according to their privacy policies or any agreements you have with them. If you have concerns about how your information is managed by a third party, we recommend contacting them directly for further details or reviewing their privacy policy.

In the event of misuse of the messaging service in all its forms within our applications and services, other users have the right to report some or all messages to the management of Shaddeh. The reporting mechanism involves copying some or all of the text to be reviewed by the management for potential breaches, violations, or abuse. Based on this, Shaddeh has the right to take necessary actions against offenders in the way we deem appropriate and effective to serve our interests.

Retention

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, which may extend beyond the end of our relationship with you. We may keep certain data to prevent fraud, address future issues, or for legitimate business needs, such as analyzing aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, recovering accounts, or complying with legal requirements. Any retained Personal Information will continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy.

Please be aware that if you request the removal of your Personal Information from our databases, it might not be possible to entirely delete all data due to technological and legal limitations. However, we will adhere to applicable laws regarding the deletion of Personal Information.

If you uninstall our app without notifying us of your desire to delete your account, we may not be aware that you wish to discontinue using our Services. As a result, your Personal Information might be retained indefinitely.

These Service Providers assist us in delivering and managing our Services, performing related tasks, or analyzing how our Services are utilized.
