We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team and help elevate our mobile gaming brand across digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, crafting engaging content, launching effective marketing campaigns, and interacting with our player community. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for games, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience with social media account management and performance-driven content strategies. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for trends that resonate with gaming audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) including scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
• Plan and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns tailored for the gaming community to boost engagement and visibility.
• Coordinate with designers for visual and video content (gameplay clips, trailers, memes, player highlights) aligned with brand tone and game style.
• Monitor player interactions and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to build a loyal community.
• Track analytics and report on KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with game developers and customer support teams to share updates, patch notes, and community events.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, especially within the gaming niche, to keep content relevant and impactful.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a gaming brand, mobile app, or entertainment product.
• Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, features, and user behavior.
• Strong skills in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns with measurable success.
• Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal, with a fun and engaging tone suitable for gamers.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and social media schedulers (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Passion for mobile gaming and knowledge of common trends, memes, and influencer dynamics in the industry.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and player acquisition.
